CAN I PLACE AN ITEM ON HOLD OR LAYBY?

ONLINE – We do not offer a hold or lay-by service. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately.
IN-STORE – We can hold or layby an item for a maximum of 14 working days.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ABOUT A PRODUCT?

We love hearing from our happy customers and sharing the positive feedback. You can leave a review on the particular product page. Sharing your experience will help other shoppers decide whether a style or model is right for them.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

If your unsure about a particular size of a product, please click the tab labelled “size chart” above the product description on the product page. If you are still not sure please use the contact tab on the product page or via our contact us page and we will do our best to assist you.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUR OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?

While we try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand, some popular items may sell out fast. Our focus is to keep up with the latest equipment so our products are only available while stock is in season. If there is something you desperately need, please contact us and will enquire with our suppliers or partner stores for its availability.

DO YOU PLACE ITEMS ON BACK ORDER?

Items cannot be placed on back order and we try to avoid advertising products that are not in stock. If your desired item has sold out, you will be contacted by our customer service team and a refund will be arranged or if our suppliers have a restock planned on a particular product we will notify you and give you the option to wait for its arrival. In some cases this can take between 2-6 weeks.
