HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING / DELIVERY TAKE?
Order processing will typically take place within 24hrs of receipt of your order / payment but may require longer during peak times.
Standard shipping is typically 2 – 5 business days but may take an additional few days to Tasmania, NT, Regional areas & New Zealand. Express shipping is an overnight service.

- Medium Items $38.00
- Large Items $69.00
Because we usually use varied carriers due to the nature of our products, we cannot send goods to a PO Box and it would be ideal (not essential) if the desired address has someone available to sign for the delivery of the goods.
We prefer to ship to a business address but if a home address is chosen, we ask your permission to leave the order in a safe location if there is no-one home to accept delivery.
Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from our shipping provider. This handy email will contain everything you need to know including the tracking number of your order.
While we offer competitive shipping prices and free shipping on orders over $400. All remote/country areas will incur a extra shipping surcharge which is charged by our carrier. A customer service representative will contact you once your order has been placed, The fee can be paid by Credit Card over the phone, Direct Deposit or we can send you an PayPal invoice.
In store Pick Up
While we offer in store pickup, some products displayed on our website are not stocked within our store front and are located at our warehouse. When “In store Pick-up” method is chosen we will contact you via email or phone once your item is ready for collection. Please note this usually takes 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hour on the weekend.
Discrepancies regarding credit card detail, stock availability and address information will be reported immediately via the email or telephone number advised with the order. On rare occasions there may be a delay due to a high demand of orders or system complications from our warehouse.
Power Play Sports will work with customers on any reasonable claim but you must comply with the following instructions and exclusions:
- Claims must be made within 14 days of original purchase date.
- No claim will be approved on used equipment, sharpened or heat moulded skates.
- No claim will be approved on underwear, undergarments or jocks.
- No refund or exchange will be authorized on clearance items.
- No claim will be approved if unauthorized repairs have been carried out by the customer.
- No claim will be approved on products where the original packing has been damaged, defaced or in a re-saleable condition. This includes shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.
If you have purchased a product and wish to exchange it for a different size or model, Please contact us for authorization and an address to return the item.
Shipping cost’s both ways for exchanges are the customers responsibly.
Power Play Sports reserves the right to exchange or repair before a refund will be considered. In the case of a refund on a new or unused item, the original shipping costs will not be refunded and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
